3 Years Has Never Gone By So Fast!

I never knew how fast time could go by, I never knew someone could love my singing so much, I never knew I was so funny, I never knew how many questions could be asked about something so simple, I never knew that a walk around the block could take a half an hour, I never knew I could love someone so much... but now I do!  My baby girl turns three today!

The greatest day of my life was the day I became a Mommy!  I thank God everyday for giving us our beautiful baby girl!  I love you Kierstin Anne!

We Have A Singer On Our Hands!

Watch out Celine!  Kierstin has become quite the little singer....here is a sampling of some of our favorite songs.

And yes she did get to see it!  Do you see why I buckle her in to get her on tape....not only is she vocally blessed, she has also been blessed with the gift of abundant energy!

What's this about?

My daughter, Kierstin being the curious toddler that she is, always finds when we have something new or different around the house.  While she was napping the other day my mother in law or Dee Dee as Kierstin calls her came over to watch her for an hour. Since she was still sleeping, Dee Dee left her signature treat for Kierstin....you know how all grandma's have a signature treat, my grandma use to give out half a stick of Wrigley's Double mint gum, only a half a stick because come on we would not want us to choke on it!   Anyhow, Dee Dee's signature treat for Kierstin is always 2 Oreo cookies in a baggie so she can take them with her and save for later. 

So she comes into the living room to Eric and I holding her prize and asks us "What's this about?"  Of course we both burst out in laughter! Which she enjoys and then starts laughing herself....even though she really has no clue what is so funny.

Well now that is her phrase of the week....everything new she wants to know What's this about?  I love how she is putting sentences together and comes up with he most adorable statements!

I Did It!

Wow, I did it, I started a blog....now I feel so much pressure! Pressure to be creative, funny, have people read this, and use proper grammar and spelling! Wow what am I getting myself into? Well I have been checking out a few other bloggers and I am a little intimidated by them! Oh well I am going to give it the old college try! At least I know my mom will read this and probably comment on every post I make! I have a 2 and a half year old so material should not be an issue! Ok first post...that is over now I am going to try to figure out how to add a picture...more to come later that should be much more interesting than this was!
